Multiple Orders

If you know you are placing more than 1 order that is shipping to the same location, please message us with your order numbers so we can ship them together.

Holiday Shipping Times

Holiday shipping has arrived with USPS and UPS. USPS and UPS domestic shipping is normally 3-7 business days but sometimes can take 7-21 business days during the holiday season. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking! Please be patient with the postal service and UPS as they are overloaded with extra gifts and packages around this time.

Custom and personalized orders

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. We do our best to keep the turnaround time as short as possible. During holiday time we will ship out as soon as possible but will be closer to the 5 business days than 3 business days due to the volume of orders we have.

Lost in Transit

We are unable to provide replacement orders if the order has been marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS. Please reach out to USPS/UPS with your tracking number so they can double check the GPS coordinates where it was scanned as "Delivered."
If a package has not moved in 7-12 business days, please reach out to USPS to get additional tracking information.
We do not have any additional resources when dealing with USPS or UPS.
Unfortunately, we have no control after we drop off packages at USPS and UPS.
With that being said, we will do everything in our power to get your package moving along, if possible, but USPS/UPS needs to hear from BOTH to seller and the buyer.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, sorry no refunds or returns can be made.

A mistake was made on our order

If we made a mistake on the customization on your order, please message us and we will rectify the issue.
If you gave us the wrong spelling or information on the customization, sorry we can't redo your order. It will be your error, not Jodi's Gifts.

Message us what product you are interested in and we will work with you on your custom personalization.
